What is Bittorrent ?
A user described the project as below :
“Yea, but look the Bittorent protocol is the perfect platform to see true value of Cryptocurrencies. Imagine a future where you could stream a game off of someones elses epic PC when its not being utilised and the payment is automatically handled through a smart contract execution related to time played, all that happens through the Bittorent protocol and BTT payment contract on the TRX blockchain”
The Bitorrent company just manages the software called “utorrent” which is not as good compared to the alternatives such as qBittorent which is open source, they also don’t own the protocol. Looks like some money grab, why would Bittorent need a token when people already seed and upload tons of data on their free will without paying incentives.
I didn’t even bother getting into the Bittorrent ICO. When i saw it was on Binance i knew that shit would be rediculous just like when TRX had their early bird sales on that site. If you were interested would have better luck on BRD. Imo the sale structure makes this coin look more centralized than Ripple and the ambiguities of lock ups for team etc make things very hard for me to want to take a high risk play as BTC nears capitulation. If you are investing in this right now you got some serious balls and kudos to you. I honestly feel i can make more money shorting Tron after Bittorent burns it all.
Binance are playing back scene secret games, Tron gived donations of 3 millions dollars to Binance Fondation, and now Binance will add Bittorent token on TRX blockchain on Binance Launchpad hub for ICOs for “free”. Yes, how no for free, 3M donation ;-).
